Monday morning. (Sunday night). 2/12/23 at 12:53am. Little past midnight. Came by to get a snack. As i pull in, I notice there are 0 cars parked and 0 in drive through. I see 3 employees sitting by the front door smoking cigarettes. I pull in the drive through, and I’m greeted with “give me just a moment”. Keep in mind the place is empty. I then proceed to sit there for 10 minutes, (no exaggeration) and then decide it’s best i just go home hungry. If the employee is so uninterested in doing their job of taking an order versus smoking a cigarette with friends, I can’t imagine the enthusiasm they would have to wash their hands or make a sandwich. Shame I spent energy writing a negative review...
If I could leave 0 stars I would. They say “open 24 hours” on their website but will not take my order. The service seems like it’s only made up of the worst kind of people to exist in the planet. I’m sure they scraped the scum off of a pavement to create the people that work here. They refused to take our order because their system was “down” but we were already waiting in line for 20 min so their absolute disregard to our patience makes them unbearable. They prepare the food like they have only thumbs and two left hands and one brain cell.
Every time I go through there something is wrong with the order. This time they didn't complete my order so I asked for a refund on what was missing. I was told that they couldn't refund it to my card that it would have to be cash the next time I come through. (What? ??? Not sure why they can't figure out how to refund it back. After telling the girl that I would NEVER be back to that location she proceeds to tell me that that's the only way she can do it. I told her that I would chalk it up as a loss and tell everyone. So here I am.
Now I just bought there and they forgot part of the order I ordered and when I came back to get it, which was supposed to be ready, the person at the window treated me aggressively and rudely and told me that I had to wait in line for everyone. For the rest, that is incorrect because I paid for my hot dog and they were the ones who forgot. I lost my money and did not revive my order. Lack of education and courtesy to the public. Lack of respect. The ambirguesas are poorly prepared. I do not recommend it at all. Book a table now
Today I remembered why I don 't come to the sonic on Richmond Rd. First of all it was $30 for 2 value meals and drinks. It took 20 minutes to get our food. Pretty sure all the little girls working there were smart aleck and didn 't like the fact I was irritated they wouldn 't do 2 orders in the drive thru so out of spite they made us pull in a stall and wait to forever for cold food.
The service and eating accommodation are reminiscent of the old time drive in. I have eaten at the best restaurants and I love burgers, I’ve paid lots for a good burger but I have NEVER had a better burger thank you get at Sonic’s, and you talk about HUGH, you won’t find better and the price is less expensive than any o have bought anywhere. PLUS, you want fast you got it at Sonic.
Last few times has been a little rocky and pushed away due to the computers rebooting or something and would wait up the road for 20 mins or so and go back and was told the same thing and I asked if it was still down because I was just here 20 mins ago. Magically it came back up. This last encounter was way better and food was on point
Quick speedy service...nice change on the fries... sandwich-wise, Sonic has stooped to the quality level of Hardee's down the street ..poorly assembled burgers, hastily thrown together...no love to be had here. Book a table now
We love Sonic. Worked for them twice, cooked, served, and now devour.
