"Where do I begin. This used to be my favorite sub shop. But since new management has taken over the customer service has gone down in the toilet. I tried ordering my order via phone which I called 19 times was place on hold or just hung up on. Real customer service. Very disappointed in the service. Time to look for another one. I miss the old owners. SMH"

Made my pizza wrong two weeks in a row. The second time I looked before I left and didn't see one of the toppings. I told the young lady behind the counter who didn't see it either. She went to ask the cook where was the topping he nodded said right there. She said where because obviously she couldn't see it still. He then stated it was under the cheese. I took him at his word and left. Got home and guess what wasn't on my pizza, the topping I asked for. The cook lied. I asked to speak with the manager and was told he was too busy to come to the phone. They wanted me to drive all the way back or give me a credit for the missing topping. The pizza is good. I wouldn 't say out of this world good, but I enjoyed my cheese slice. I like the taste of the sauce. We also ordered a large Italian Cold Cut Sub which was also good. However, the sandwich was dripping in Italian dressing. I literally squeezed it out of my sandwich like a dressing bottle! I then had to use my napkins (thank goodness they gave me a lot), to sop up the remaining dressing on the sandwich. The lettuce and tomatoes were soaked so I had to take them off too. Once I drained all the dressing out, sopped it up, picked out the wet veggies, I then ate my sandwich (like 5 minutes later), and it tasted good. I like the bread. This was the second time That they got my order wrong. I ordered No Cheese and got cheese. Order French fries with gravy, the first time was charged and didn’t get gravy. I checked my order this time before I left, did get gravy, she Cashier said because you didn’t order gravy, In which I did , even the other cashier said that I did, but he didn’t realize he didn’t charge me. Instead of her just saying that he didn’t charge me for gravy, she going to said , “YOU DIDN’T Order Gravy” Sub’s wasn’t that good both times, needless to say, I won’t be back. They must be under new management. Food service horrible.and quality bad too.
My daughter and I went here for pizza triple mix drink, wings, and sweet potato fries. Their pi,za was good their wings okay. Their sweet potato fresh fries were not all I was expecting. They had cinnamon on them and weren't enough for my $5+ I wasn't happy. I wouldn't be doing that again again. I would recommend my friends but know what it is you're ordering.
