Update: I have gone several times since this review and always good. Tonight I also had the pulled pork again. I do have to take back what I said below as the sandwich was so full of meat the person making it had trouble wrapping it. Went here for the first time on a Thursday at about 6:30pm and got a take out order. A nice large clean feel to interior and brightly lit. We got the sesame ginger dressing for a salad and my wife loved it as it was tasty. The seafood gumbo was good and thick. The zuppa is similar to the creamy Italian soups and was quite good. This place doesn 't only give you that in momma 's kitchen feeling with the environment and the amazing hospitality from staff, but the food is healthy, can 't get any more fresh, and OMG, THE FLAVOR ?!!! SALAD BAR, SMOOTHIE BAR( with variety of milks) freshly made soups, salads and so much more. I 'm not paid or being rewarded in any way, We were just was very impressed by the whole experience of our last minute choice of late lunch and we are so happy we did. I stop here every time I come through Middlebury. The coffee is great and the food even better. A full build-your-own salad bar with some great looking ingredients if you like salads. 3-4 soups on the menu each day (They're all fantastic, too). Sammiches and wraps, too. The staff are friendly and helpful and the place is always clean and well kept. When there is a line, it gets processed efficiently and wait times are low.If you like good coffee and good soup, you need to stop here.
Love it. Cranberries in the regular Caesar wrap, purchase frozen and day old soups for lower pricing, make your own salad, energy drinks done right, coffee drinks, and the soups are so delicious. Great place to eat. I’ve had 3 of their monthly soups so far and they are amazing. The weekly soups are so delicious and comes with bread or crackers, amazing. Highly suggest a rewards program for locals/returning customers. Great place.

Delicious! I had no idea this restaurant existed, but I'm so glad we decided to check it out! The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is delightful. It's authentic and genuinely tasty. I had a chicken salad wrap, while my six-year-old enjoyed the potato soup. We also sampled the chili served in a bread bowl, which was soft and bursting with flavor. What a lovely spot!
Salad was fine, nothing special. My boys shared a pulled pork sandwich which was also good. Like super expensive for what you get. Ordering system is a bit complicated. Very nicely decorated inside. Staff was friendly. Would have been 4 or 5 stars if the price would be reasonable. Also there is no table service. Order at the counter. For the price, you need good wait staff ??
We have been back a few more times since the original review and every time the food has been consistently SO good. It has been a 5 star experience each time!!They have lots of fresh yummy options. I was craving fresh food and didnt want to make anything. Souper Brew saved the day. We had salads, soup, and fresh smoothie. It was a perfect choice.

Great little coffee shop. As of 10-1-22 they open at 8 am on Saturdays. The coffee was good. The girls were polite and focused on us as customers. They had yummy biscuits and gravy, eggs and cheesy potatoes. Yes, we bought one of each. BONUS!
