Due to previous experience, we focused on the daily specials on the blackboard menu and ordered the Persian Maryland and Chicken with spaghetti. Then we ordered two different Iced Teas to accompany the main dishes. Preparation time was reasonable and service was attentive and friendly. Both mains are served in generous portion. This is our second time visiting Southside Bistro and the food has been wonderful both times. My husband and I shared a meal as we weren't too hungry. We ordered the Fried Enoki Mushroom. This is a gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian meal... for most meat eaters like me this would be a no fun meal that I would have bypassed seeing the symbols next to the name. This is our favourite restaurant at Sunny Park with their constantly changing Menu Board. We visit for lunch and place our orders before the lunchtime crowd. <br/ <br/ *Kim Chi Beef Baos are freshly prepared and look appetising. The Beef patties are overdone but this meal is good. <br/ <br/ *Italian Meatballs are nicely presented and delicious. Mmmm... My second time at Southside Bistro and enjoyed the taro latte and sizzling matcha brownie. Yum.Taro latte was better than expected. Nice taro hit and not too sweet. Sizzling brownie tastes as good as it smells
Spanish potato tortilla was so good I’m still thinking about it. Big enough servings for me and my mum (with a side of rye bread). The outdoors space was great, but the service could’ve been better.

Wow!!!! The food was amazing and great coffee. The flavours were fantastic. The Spanish potato tortilla was super tasty. So hard to find a great breakfast spot that is adventurous with their menu.
Great service and the food is fantastic and well-priced. They were doing a free small coffee for brekky promotion so off we went. The menu is always changing and the seating is great as well.
