I had my first date with my fiance at this bar. The drinks are consistently strong and reasonably priced, and the service is excellent. Shane and Sara, the bar owners, are the friendliest and most hardworking in Marshfield. The food at Southway is anything but average - not only are the prices affordable, but the quality is unmatched. If you're looking for a top-notch bar experience, Southway should be your first choice. And if you need further convincing, try their bacon cheeseburger - you won't be disappointed.
We ordered the Broccoli bites, Onion Rings a 12 Homemade pizza with green olives, pepperoni mushrooms. Everything we ordered was fantastic The onion rings and broccoli bites were delicious and crunching well cooked and NOT greasy and the pizza, All I can say is it's the best pizza I've had since living in Marshfield. The service was terrific and the staff is very personable. Will definitely be back. Two thumbs up PS. Very clean atmosphere
BY FAR THE BEST FOOD I HAVE HAD IN MARSHFIELD WISCONSIN. IF YOU HAVEN'T EATEN HERE YOU REALLY REALLY NEED TO. I STOPPED IN FOR A BURGER ONCE AND KEPT COMING BACK. I JUST CANT GET ENOUGH OF SHANE'S COOKING. ALSO SARA AND SHANNON ARE THE MOST FRIENDLY BAR STAFF I HAVE EVER EVER MET HERE IN MARSHFIELD. THE BAR REGULARS ARE THE BEST GROUP OF INVITING STRANGERS YOU WILL EVER MEET ESPECIALLY DURING THE PACKER GAMES.
