Man at the register had a nasty attitude with me after I asked a question about my order. The food was disgusting. Ordered two chicken Gyros, lil meat with lots of lettuce. Might as well ordered a salad. French fries was stale. Waste of money, food went in the trash. Will never go back. I don't like to leave bad reviews, however after I wasted my money here and their bad attitude, had to let others know.
Work as a nurse in the area and i ordered the gyro platter. Honestly for the price the meat ratio wasn't equivalent. To pay $18 on a platter the quality and quantity should be better. My meat was dry and the Tzatziki was watery. Other options in the area at a better price point.
The food tastes ok but the portion to price ratio is way off. I have had the food a number of times. I can count on one hand the cubes of meat I get served. 4 cubes of souvlaki once in my gyro. Not my favorite in the area of Mineola but they have been there a very long time.
Food was actually quite good, but as other comments have mentioned, the portion is far undersized for the price. This was a Greek salad with souvlaki chicken for $17 and you can see the amount of meat.. Won't be returning for that reason. Book a table now
Don’t go here unless you want to get ripped off. I said my order was to go and I ordered two chicken souvlaki sticks and a Diet Coke. They charged me $16.95! When I left, I walked a few blocks down to eat it on a bench. They gave me pork.
My cousin recommended this place to me while I was visiting him in New York, and I can confidently say that it did not disappoint! The food was excellent!
The hummus was absolutely delicious! I also enjoyed the Greek salad, grape leaves, lemon chicken soup, lentil soup, and the pita bread!
Fine food but count your change. They tried to overcharge me and my wife and didn’t own up to their mistake Book a table now
