Best Thai Food ever !! This was always my favorite go to restaurant. The choices are broad enough to meet everyone's pallet and the customer service is superb. My recommendations are the Chili Basil sauce as well as the Garlic sauce choices. You can get with chicken or tofu or vegetables. I've moved out of New York but make sure every time I am back I make it to Spicy Shallot. To my favorite people at Spicy Shallot please come to North Carolina, I am so unhappy without having your food more often
I have visited Spicy Shallot multiple times and have ordered from there many times as well. The restaurant is always good and consistent in quality. The curries, spicy basil noodles, pad thai, and other dishes are all excellent. The desserts were the only thing that were just okay. They offer a good variety of meat and vegetarian options, and many dishes can be made vegan upon request. Additionally, they have many gluten-free options or can accommodate those with gluten allergies.
The food was extremely spicy, so much so that I had to drive back to the restaurant myself and ask if they could make it milder. The lady told me that they couldn't help me and suggested I call Doordash or my bank for a refund. The customer service was terrible, the food was inedible, and they didn't even try to fix the situation. Just a simple no and a recommendation to call Doordash.
I was very dissatisfied with my command. the massaman curry court was overloaded with garlic, also missing some important ingredients. the suppe was also overloaded with garlic, the broth was tasteless. after they have many, many paintings in Thailand, I think they have to go back with their kitchen and culture.

I love the food at this restaurant. It is always hot, fresh, and tastes authentic Thai cuisine. I highly recommend this place. I only gave it a 4-star rating because not all of their dishes are available for delivery, and unfortunately, many of my favorite Thai dishes cannot be delivered.
Order crab basil fry rice, pay $5 for extra crab meat,There was no crab meat when call the restaurant their explanation was the crab meat was in the eggBS this is my first and last time ordering from this restaurant, I hate crappie service.
After visiting Thailand 6 times I can tell you that this is by far the best Thai Restarant I have eaten here in the US. Try anything on the menu, you'll love it and don't forget to try the sticky rice and Mango for dessert!
