We had made a reservation for 6:00, placed our order at 6:20, and waited for 30 minutes. By around 7:55, we still hadn't received our food and noticed other patrons going to the service counter to demand their meals. Some people gave up and left. When we asked about our order, we were told that it was "hidden," even though nothing appeared to be ready. We decided to cancel our order, received a refund with very little grace, and left feeling extremely disappointed. Overall, it was a hopeless experience.
I am still disappointed that the smaller portion options have not been added back to the menu. With my small appetite, all the meals are too large for me. I would love to be able to order a smaller portion of the daily special.
Eating was amazing despite the many options not available due to the celebration and missing deliveries.
