While they do have excellent pastries, their order fulfillment is always questionable. it is very rare that an order of pastries is accurate. Most of the time they will inevitably get several items wrong. If you are particular about what pastries you want, I recommend doing in person rather than through DoorDash. They have often given a meat pastry when requesting a vegetarian one which defeats the purpose of *no* meat.
The Matcha Latte was excellent, but my order wasn't started until I waited in line and the staff checked their phone for it. Unfortunately, they were also out of most food items, even though DoorDash showed them as available. This issue seems to be common in other reviews, so it's probably best to order in person.
Unfortunately, they had run out of Butter Croissants, so we decided to order two Cheese Danishes instead. They were absolutely delicious. We also tried the Iced Chai Latte with Espresso Crema, which was fantastic, especially the espresso cream.

It's challenging to find another place as beautiful as this one in and around San Francisco. There's always seating available, both indoors and outdoors. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the food is consistently perfect!
The service at this restaurant was not good. The staff claimed that the order was ready, but they seemed to know nothing about it. I had to wait a long time and the quality of the food was poor.
Literally the best coffee I have ever had in my life. I was completely caught off guard by the delicious coffee taste.

The Creme Brulee Bar was not creme bruleeing but it did taste similar to a French vanilla bean cheesecake
