But there was a man sitting on his laptop at the counter like the manager. I ordered online a salad and two pastries. My grub hub driver showed up only with a salad and said the bakery stapled the bag so he couldn?t check to see that the pastries weren?t there. I called St. Honore and the person on the phone just said ?we didn?t get the ticket?. That didn?t help anything and the lack of accountability on the restaurant was annoying to be honest. ?We didn't get the ticket? means and does nothing for me. I just paid over $20 to get a salad that costs like $9 and received less than half my order without even a ?sorry? or anything to make up for it. Such amazing drinks and pastries. I especially love their seasonal matcha. This summer was a berries maple mixture when I remember correctly, and it was from this world. I ordered a bunch of load of pastries and everything was beyond satisfying texture, taste, sweetness. The service is stunning. There are indoor and outdoor seats. Enjoy!
I love this place, but WOW is a disappointment today. I went there this morning to get an almond croissant for my birthday and it was a lot to bake. I was so happy with a coffee. It won't stop me from going back. In the future, if something is baked it is not sell it.
