This is an excellent place to eat, do homework, or just relax a bit. I enjoy going here for its serene atmosphere; the outdoor seating provides a sense of peace and tranquility. You can spend time without interruptions, which is great. The service is consistently prompt, and the staff is very friendly. The only downside is that the caramel latte often lacks caramel, leaving the coffee a bit too bitter for my taste. Some people might prefer it that way, but I sometimes wish it had more caramel. The restrooms are clean, although they are somewhat old-fashioned. As for parking, there is usually plenty of space available.
I have been a regular at this Panera for many years, and I must say that Rachel is one of the kindest and most dedicated staff members I've ever met. She always works hard to improve the dining experience for both new and returning customers, and she does it all with a bright smile. If you get the chance to meet her, you’ll see just how wonderful she is. I would give her 10 stars if I could. WE LOVE RACHEL!!!
Bought a gift card electronically for a family member and got myself a bonus electronic $10 in and email ... Came in to use it before Jan 1 and they told me it was only good after Jan 1 read the fine print... . Well by then it was lost in my email so no bonus for me. Frustrated.
Often times the coffee bar has empty containers, and when the staff are told, they act offended that they have been bothered. A couple of times, they've replaced it with lukewarm coffee and plenty of attitude.I guess it really is hard to get good help these days. ?
