First I would like to say, I love to support small businesses and have frequented this establishment for years. This morning I stopped and ordered my bagel and bought some doughnuts for some friends at work. I asked the cashier for a bagel with a littlecup of butter. The woman who prepares the bagels put the butter on my bagel and I told the cashier I was going to toast my bagelat work and she ran to tell the bagel woman. The woman then yelled at me and said next time tell us you want it on the side!Well.... I did. I was on my way to work and really didn't want to pay $15.00 to get yelled at! Wow! I was in the mood for something different for lunch and decided to drop by this restaurant for a bagel with cream cheese. Ultimately, I opted for the lox bagel with salad and tomatoes, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I prefer my bagels served open-faced so I can enjoy both halves together. It was so delicious that I ordered a second one to share with my wife, which scored me some extra points! While I was there, I noticed that the restaurant was about to close for the day (they only operate until 1 PM), and there were quite a few leftover bagels packed in bags. We ordered two bagels with cream cheese and two lattes. Unfortunately, the lattes didn't taste quite right and were extremely hot. The bagels were tough, chewy, and dry. The cream cheese was good, but then some of it fell onto the plate and I found a black hair in it, which really ruined that experience for me. The service at the counter was awkward; the man there just stared at the register and didn't say a word, leaving me unsure if he was ready for my order. I was looking forward to this visit, but overall, I was pretty disappointed.
We ordered delivery of bagels and donuts, and it provided us with delicious treats for several days! The bagels are truly authentic New York style. The donuts were tasty as well, but the cronut with Nutella? Wow! It was incredibly rich and delightful. Next time, I’ll definitely make a trip to the bakery for the best selection of donuts.

Great value with the lunch special, with humongous sandwich, chips, and drink. The club was very delicious with generous cuts of ham, turkey and very crispy bacon. As mentioned, the sandwich was huge, and I could only finish half of it and saved the other half. Great place with friendly service!
Wow! I ordered a bacon, egg, and American cheese croissant, and it was the best breakfast sandwich I've had in ages. I can't wait to return and try their lunch special. The staff were friendly, and the place was clean.
Best bagels in Pinellas county. Too bad their customer service is garbage. You get friendlier people at fast food places. It's cool though, I'll just get it delivered so I don't gotta talk to them. :D
Fantastic breakfast! I ordered the turkey panini along with two everything bagels filled with cheese, egg, and bacon. Everything was fresh and delicious! Plus, the double espresso was excellent.
