I'm here at 9 o'clock. I've only eaten 10:20. that was because the server mixed what I had ordered with another dish on the menu with the same name. she wasn't apologetic to her, instead it felt like it was my fault she wrote wrong! when I looked in the back to see if my eating was almost ready because I had to go soon, I saw the dame in the kitchen touching the fruits in the dishes with their mere fingers! no gloves. at least with pliers! no hair net, nothing. my friend informed the manager about what we have seen, and the manager told us that it is not the main office policy to wear gloves. I got my meal and then 3/4 through my omelette I found a hair on my teller softened under the omelet...
This restaurant is a fantastic spot for breakfast or brunch. The service is exceptional - the staff is extremely friendly, always attentive to the needs of the customers. The seating is comfortable and the restaurant is clean and well-lit. The menu offers a wide variety of reasonably priced items. During our visit, we tried the pancakes, hash, and traditional breakfast, all of which were excellent. There is plenty of parking available and it is easily accessible.
This restaurant is a great spot to grab lunch after a day of shopping and strolling along the river in lovely Paris, Ontario. It is easily accessible from the spacious parking lot. Our server, Amy, was friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious, with a variety of options beyond just pancakes. The prices were reasonable. The restaurant was very clean and the washrooms were well-kept. I highly recommend dining here.
Just had the pleasure of coming for breakfast a second time while doing some paperwork.Was served by Kristen, did a great job! Was very kind, ensured everything was up to par and went out of her way to make accommodations for my orderOrdered the omelet, it was very good, and filling, im a larger gentleman myself, I could barely eat any of my sides or toast. Definitely will make breakfast here a regular thing!

Great breakfast options and a TON of gluten free options. You can get gluten free bread, pancakes, and waffles. I also saw that they have sugar free syrup for those who need it. Only wish there was a patio, but the inside is really nice, lots of booths. My meal was supposed to come with guacamole but it didn?t have any, so I just asked for some on the side and was given a generous portion.
Great breakfast/brunch spot. Service is incredible the staff are so courteous, genuinely kind and are always on the move serving the customers. Seating is comfortable, the restaurant is bright and clean. The menu has a wide range of well priced items. During our visits wee enjoyed pancakes, a hash and a traditional breakfast and all were perfect. Parking is ample and accessible.
We had breakfast on Sunday and although the restaurant was busy we were served quickly. I had the Junior Stack with rye toast because I wanted to try a bit of everything. Delicious! My friend had the Stack. Coffee was good and plentiful. Even though the place was packed staff were GREAT and attentive. Our server, Babette was lovely.
