We had an English family visiting for a week and of course we had to have a day out in the Stadtwald. The sun shone and we walked, adults with chlidren of whom were under years of age. First stop was...the childrens playgroung where all the various equipment was tried out, the giant wide slide was popular along with the cable ride and the obstacle course. We then retired to the cafeteria for drinks, hamburgers and several other dishes, of course the adults had to try the beer served in glasses. The beer was so good we had to have a second round yes it was just as good as the first. The boating lake caught the imagination of the year old and he decided that we should try our hand at boating....
Visited this restaurant whilst attending a family reunion. The building and grounds are spectacular, a truly beautiful area in which to relax. The service was outstanding, especially the lovely lady with the dark hair. The food was delicious and plentiful, including a lovely buffet...for dinner. A delightful place for a romantic dinner or sunday brunch with the family.
