I placed my order and mentioned that I have an allergy to one of their seasonal food items. I asked if they could sanitize the serving area to minimize the risk of cross-contamination. Instead of confirming that they could assist me, they simply stated that cross-contamination could still occur even with sanitation, which made me feel like they were reluctant to actually clean the area. This was particularly concerning for me, as I have a severe allergy.
Additionally, I tried to use my rewards points during the transaction, but despite my request, the points were not applied. I was informed afterward that I should have explicitly stated I wanted to use my points.

I rarely write reviews, but the staff here are some of the kindest people I've ever met. I come every single day, and they’ve brightened my day countless times. A few weeks ago, I was having a terrible day, came home, and accidentally dropped my entire drink—they gladly remade it for me. They've left sweet notes like "have a good day" on my drinks and always go above and beyond. It truly lifts my spirits. I never have to wait long for my order, but even if I did, it wouldn’t bother me because everyone here is so friendly. These are the best Starbucks employees ever! They all deserve raises.

Never again! I pre-ordered a bagel with cream cheese for my fiancé’s birthday, exactly what he wanted, along with a caramel macchiato. They didn’t have caramel available, which was disappointing. Despite telling the drive-thru staff twice that I had already paid for the bagel, I still had to wait 5-6 minutes at the window with barely any acknowledgment. My faith in Starbucks is fading, especially since this isn’t the first location to let me down.

This Starbucks is in a fantastic location, especially if you're staying at The Pavilion apartments. The interior is spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of seating available. The coffee is excellent, and there's ample parking. I've included some pictures from inside. I hope they continue to keep our Starbucks coffee shop clean and inviting!
The drinks are on par with Starbucks standards. The volume of the music is not very condusive to studying or business meets. It competes with the noises that making coffee creates. The space is well spaced out and comfortable.
The drive-thru might appear busy in the mornings, but the line moves quickly. The staff is friendly, and I'm always happy with my drink and breakfast. I also appreciate that I can ask questions without feeling embarrassed.

The baristas at this Starbucks location are incredibly friendly! They consistently have my order ready when I place it in advance, and it’s always made perfectly!
Jared is awesome! My boyfriend had a fantastic experience speaking with such a chill dude! This guy needs more recognition.
