Employee Noah and John Customer service was very rude , I asked John could he just throw something out for me , he said no I don’t throw things away that’s not my job , then proceeded to speak about the situation with Noah. I understand you throwing things out “not apart of the job description” But being apart of customer service is catering to the customer along with tone adjustment. I have ordered the same Starbucks order ever since the raspberry popping boba came out, a vanilla bean frap with 3 scoops of the raspberry boba blended. The woman taking my order had no problem putting that in and suddenly the man Dan in the back ears dropping started saying they can’t do that and that they’re not supposed to blend them. No one asked, that and I said every other Starbucks has done that. When asked if he was a manager he said no, but self pointed that he’s supervisor.

My favorite starbucks. Always make my drink perfect! Everyone is always so friendly. Even if they mess up, they are so nice about it and make it right.
