This is the second time the same barista has made one of the worst drinks I’ve ever had, and today was even worse. She’s a young woman with dark hair, possibly Hispanic. I visited around 3 PM on a Sunday. The first time I thought it was just a one-time mistake, but today I ordered a simple iced coffee with milk, and it tasted awful—like dirty, unpleasant water. I genuinely worry the milk was spoiled, the coffee was old, or something wasn’t clean because after a few sips, I experienced a terrible aftertaste and have since felt nauseous with severe heartburn. This Starbucks location is consistently very slow and has some of the poorest customer service I've experienced at any Starbucks. I frequently wait around 20 minutes in the drive-thru, and even when I choose to go inside, no one acknowledges me or offers assistance for about five minutes, despite many employees standing around idle. Additionally, my order is almost always incorrect or I end up receiving someone else's drink. I understand this likely isn't the baristas' fault, as I've worked in a café before and am aware of the limited training they receive. The management should consider hiring a new manager or extending the training period for the baristas.
Unfortunately the girl was preoccupied because she forgot to give us straws. Upon entering (since we went thru their drive thru), I saw how entangled she was talking up a friend. She didn't acknowledge me at all so instead of waiting for the fakeconcern and/or apology I simply returned her uninterested attitude to get my own straws and walk out. Another issue with thislocation is the inconsistency of pastry items and inability to warm if you choose that option. Fairly disappointing when youexpect something to be available and it's actually not.
Very slow service! All the women behind the counter just stand around while only one person makes all the drinks. I waited 45 minutes for three drinks and a cake pop. I’m giving two stars because at least they took my order quickly.

Employees are super nice, it's always clean, my orders are always correct and when my kids didn't like their hot chocolates they went above and beyond to mix something up they did like!
They took off the Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Starbucks Refreshers Beverage ! Wack! Put it back on th menu!
The sandwiches are consistently delicious, and the drinks are incredibly refreshing.
The iced cafe latte was so unpalatable that I had to dispose of it.
