I got there a half hour after I ordered through the mobile app and I was missing my drink, I nicely asked if someone was making it 3x, someone even asked me what it was so I thought they were making it. No they proceeded to make everyone else?s drink except mine, so 20 minutes go by, I ask again, and right away it?s ?do you want to talk to one of the managers?? No not really just want the drink I paid for. So finally it got made, it wasn?t made right and tasted awful, and I brought home a crème Frappuccino for my kid (without coffee) and it has coffee in it?.so there?s about $16 down the drain. Somebody took my drink, told me that it was sitting there for too long and they had to dump it, even though they didn't even ask me for the name for the order. Decided to use the drive thru because there was only 3 cars ahead of me. Took way longer than it should have. I had what was probably the easiest order of the line, pike roast cream and sugar. Got a like warm coffee black and tasted like it?s been sitting around for a while. Pretty bad.
I really liked this Starbucks. The baristas where very friendly and their coffee is what you'd expect from Starbucks. There is decent seating though not a large store. There is some outdoor seating with umbrellas. They have a convenient drive-thru and is located near SmashBurgers.

Always my go to location now. Wish I knew who the night manager was when I visited. He gave me my drink for free. I just want to say thank you! You have no idea the kind of day I had and how much that little act of kindness meant to me.

The staff here are super friendly, my drinks are always on point and if not they will re-do at no cost to make sure I leave as a happy customer-I appreciate that! This is one of my favorite locations.
