The food was decent, but receiving my order was quite a challenge. I ordered one sandwich, but the newer employee who was handling the microwave handed me the wrong one. I was charged for two sandwiches, requested a refund, but was charged for two again. Eventually, I just gave up and ended up paying for both. It seemed like the staff were available to help, but the new employee was left to figure it all out on their own.
Starbucks has some serious pricing issues. I was charged for lattes even though I ordered tea, and I was informed that the prices were the same—$27.00! The service was terrible and staff had a bad attitude. To top it off, they closed 20 minutes earlier than scheduled.
AGGHH THEY HAD THE HALLOWEEN CUPS IVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR EVERYWHERE. Thank you for making this a painless experience and holding it with kindness. Y?all are really amazing after all the mean Starbucks I?ve been to.
Starbucks is a well-known chain, so you probably don't need my input. However, since this location is in a casino, prices are about three dollars higher than usual. Book a table now
