I've been using this Starbucks since it opened and have been happy for the most part. Lately, when I order oatmeal with dried fruit, they leave out the dried fruit. It wouldn't be a big deal except that this happened a few times. I'm still giving you stars for the food overall, but your oatmeal isn't cheap so I'd appreciate that you give me what I order. Labor day around 6:30 pm Frozen Strawberry Lemonade was what I requested. What sort, the employee enquired. Frozen lemonade, I responded. She responded, WHAT KIND? in a shrill, unpleasant voice. I was unaware of the additional options. She might have mentioned that right away. RUDE and racist.
Probably my favorite Starbucks of all time, always gets my drink right and they always have the pleasure of serving me. The young gentleman in the drive-thru in the mornings on the weekdays is such a outstanding employee. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast
I used to work at Starbucks, so I know what to expect. They were pretty busy for late morning on a Monday, but everyone was friendly, our drinks and food were good, service was pretty quick given the circumstances, and the restaurant was very clean. Book a table now
