Rude barista!!. I went to this location to avoid other not desirable location. When I arrived (11:30am)older barista kept me waiting for 3mins while she cleaned. I placed my order which she rushed,Grande caramel macchiato w/oatmilk honey&raw sugar.Itried to tell her &she ignored me. Pass my order to another barista I didn't see how much it was,it was loud&she mumbled. I get1/2way to place check my receipt, I'm CHARGED for 2 Grande caramel macchiato Coffee. $2 for a splash of almond milk. I rushedback get there after 12noon. Staff was extremely rude. Woman at the cash register acted like me having a gift card was the end of the world for her. After, while waiting for my order, I saw one guy try picking up his order and something that he'd paid for was forgotten. The baristahanding out orders snapped that she wouldn't do anything about it and he'd have to get back in line if he wanted her to helphim. The line was through the lobby and wrapping around the side into the hotel hallway, and then down that whole hallway. Theguy took one look at it and just sadly walked away without his item. I felt so bad for him. I felt really lucky when my ordercame out with everything I'd paid for
Have you ever opened the lid to your coffee before, well you might want to start doing so considering what I found inside of mine. I bought a coffee as I usually do, but when I opened the lid to the coffee there was a fly inside of it. When I returned to the starbucks to show them what had happened, not only did the employees not apologize but also showed a complete lack of politeness and kindness. They made me wait over thirty minutes and finally gave me another drink after I asked three times. Will not come back for sure. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
This Starbucks location has plenty of sofas and cozy seating options, giving it a homey atmosphere unlike any other I've visited. There are ample spots available for charging laptops and phones. It can get quite busy depending on the events happening nearby, but the experience is worth the wait. With a convention center and a Marriott hotel nearby, it's no surprise that traffic picks up, especially when you enter from the Marriott side. The staff is also very friendly!

Situated inside the Connecticut Convention Center, this Starbucks offers some of the fastest choices for a quality beverage and snack. With outside food and drinks not allowed in the center, the Starbucks is conveniently located in the hallway between the Marriott and the entrance to the convention center/parking garage. Although it tends to get quite busy due to its prime location, the line moves at a good pace.
It took us a minute to find, but it was totally worth that minute. The lady behind the counter was so helpful and nice. The coffee me and my friend got was delicious. I also got some baby carrots, and they were so fresh and made an awesome snack.Overall, this is the best Starbucks I've ever been to, and I seriously recommend it.
Fast. Clean. Friendly. Everything that you have come to expect from this franchise is upheld at this hotel location. Since it is located in the hotel lobby you'll have plenty of room to lounge after your order. Lots of large tables, cushioned seats andpower outlets.
