While food remains high in quality, freshness and taste, service at the drive through is very inconsistent. Over the last few weeks when I pass my refill cup to the person at the window, most happily accept the cup and add my purchase to it as it helpsavoid the potential of spills in the car. Today was different. The drive thru employee refused to touch the cup stating I can 'ttouch the cup which really sent the wrong message. Anyway, I just went along, paid for my requested items then departed. Interesting that she had no problem handling my credit card
The White Chocolate Mocha was served very cold, so I had to microwave it to warm it up. Additionally, the Double Chocolaty Chip Crème Frappuccino didn’t have the chocolate syrup drizzle on top as promised. However, both drinks were well mixed and tasted delicious. The delivery driver from DD arrived quickly and was very friendly!
Regrettably, I find myself ordering from this location quite frequently since it's on my way to work. However, every single time, I end up with just milk instead of coffee. Even though I requested an extra shot of espresso, I still received nothing but milk with sugar. Price per person: $1–10. Food: 1. Service: 1.
I received two coffees instead of the one I ordered, but the rest of my meal was wonderful. I appreciate that the bags were sealed to ensure the food's safety. I've ordered from Starbucks multiple times, and it has always been a fantastic experience. Thank you!

I'm really disappointed that the pistachio latte is no longer available; it was amazing, and I hope it makes a comeback! However, the Caramel Macchiato is always a reliable choice. When paired with the Bacon Gruyère Egg Bites, it’s just perfect.
After my second attempt to go inside and place an order, I was once again let down. The wait times were unreasonably long, and the staff seemed disorganized. It seems like I'll be trying the berry place next door instead.
I always enjoy stopping by Starbuck for a coffee. This is a quiet place, so very nice if you need to do something or study. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
