They lock the store up 1 hour early every night which causes a line of cars to travel into the street or causing traffic in the parking lot with no signs to let you know store is closed so when you find out store done in is not open you get more cars in the line then you have to come and try and merge into that line worst Starbucks ever been to had to wait whole 40 mins to get my drink and seeing everyone walk up to the door to have to come join the line too was just more annoying recommend someone from Starbucks check your workers crazy how lazy people want to be now of days.wish could put 0 star terrible but can’t so 1 star hope new year new Starbucks management. The cashier must've gotten upset that they made me the wrong drink, because when they remade what I actually ordered it was incredibly rushed, the ice has all melted, and I was given a dome lid for my drink which I got cold foam on, which means I cannot enjoy the cold foam. I am also a barista, I understand making the wrong drink. I was not rude in any way, I even apologized that they would need to remake it, and I was given the worst drink I've ever had at a Starbucks. When you make a mistake you own up to it, you never take it out on the paying customer. It's audacious and shameful. I will not return to this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The shift manager refused to provide venti cups of ice water, even though I had just purchased a venti cold drink and asked for water as well. According to the manager, the store policy restricted water to tall cups only, which felt unkind and unnecessarily rude. The baristas were busy in the drive-thru, and the shift manager seemed to lack urgency, focusing instead on minor tasks while we waited a long time. A simple gesture like offering me a venti cup of water would have greatly improved my experience while I waited. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, service a 1, and atmosphere a 2.

I 've been going to this location for over 3 years and the staff and customer service had been exceptional until the last couple months. Today I was picking up my usual order of oatmeal with soy milk but unfortunately the order wasn 't right (water instead of soy milk) and when I brought to the attention of someone named Donna her answer was I DON 'T KNOW, I DIDN 'T MAKE IT I was disgusted by the way that everyone at the store treat customers now. As of 08/08/23, I was the only customer wearing a mask, and I can’t recall if any of the baristas were. While there wasn't as much indoor seating as I'd hoped, it wasn't a major issue. They did have a large counter for easy mobile order pick-ups.

The interior of this Starbucks is clean and inviting, making it a great spot to relax and hang out. The drive-thru can be quite busy, but that's pretty typical for Starbucks locations. The service is excellent both at the drive-thru and inside the store. Parking can be a bit challenging since it shares space with the drive-thru, so you may need to park further away in the lot and walk up.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was fantastic, and I absolutely loved the strawberry lemonade—it was my first time trying it.
