Worst. Starbucks. Ever. Tried to order through the app 30 mins past 9pm on a Saturday. This location is open until 11pm everyday. My hubby had to go to the bathroom but they wouldn't let us in. I knocked on the door and there were 3 employees inside who acknowledged my presence but would not speak to me. I told them we needed to use the bathroom and nowhere does it say only the drive thru is open until 11pm. They forced me to go to the drive thru where a man named Chris told me he would be fired if he let me in. He just walked away without giving me the drinks I ordered. I had to flag him down again and say hey can I get the drinks I ordered?! Unbelieveable.
The staff waiting on us when we went to order was very helpful with my purchase of gift cards. I ordered a Chai Tea and it was delicious. I always get a Banana Nut slice warmed with butter and it was tasty. The drive up at the location is extremely busy. I would never sit in that line. I prefer to go inside where hardly anyone is so I get better service. This store is located next to the Verizon so it is a little difficult getting in and out. I suggest you pay attention to the traffic otherwise you will get hit. July 17, 2023
I ordered a coffee with heavy cream and paid for it, but when I got home, the coffee didn't have any cream in it. I only realized this once I got home because the coffee was meant for my wife. It was too far to drive back to the restaurant, and I had already experienced an overload of cream on a previous occasion. The server had made it right by correcting the overload, but this time they missed the mark. It's not the end of the world, but it's disappointing, especially on a Sunday.
I used to visit this Starbucks almost every day, but then, for reasons I can't understand, a manager confronted me in an unfriendly manner. I believe he made some remarks to the staff about me. I have a video from what turned out to be my last visit, which I'll be sharing. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru and was very disappointed with the quality of the coffee. My drink was not made correctly and it cost me $8. It is important to listen to customers when they are placing their orders, as getting the coffee right can really make or break someone's day. Let's step it up, people.
This Starbucks is the fastest I have ever visited! The line in the drive-thru was long, so I decided to walk in to order. The service was super quick. I even compared the speed of the car line to the service inside, and they were equally fast. This is definitely my favorite place.
Starbucks has long lines, but the service is otherwise great. The drinks are consistent with what you'd expect. My grandkids always enjoy stopping here for their favorites from the menu.
I absolutely adore the staff at this restaurant! They are incredibly helpful and wonderful people that you would love to spend time with.
