I typically visit this Starbucks almost every day for coffee and baked goods for my kids in the morning. The morning team is fantastic—always quick and efficient. However, I recently had a disappointing experience with a barista named Aseel. When I ordered an iced coffee with a splash of cream, she told me they were out of caramel. I asked about the other available flavors, and she replied with a condescending attitude, stating they only had the usual options. This Starbucks is both the best and worst I've experienced. It's always bustling with activity, but the service tends to be quite slow. There’s only one person handling Uber, DoorDash, mobile orders, and taking register orders, while another staff member manages food. Two people are dedicated to drinks, and there's one person at the drive-through window. Given the amount of business they bring in, it seems like they could afford to hire one or two more employees to improve the service.
I have a love/hate relationship with this Starbucks. If you go through the drive through, even if there?s only one car ahead of you, expect to wait at least 10 minutes until you get your drink. Last year sometime I also found a red strand of hair in mydrink while I have brown hair. Starbucks did compensate me for the drink because it certainly was not my hair. Although there?sa long wait always and I had that hair incident, they do make pretty okay drinks.
The worst Starbucks expiernce is at this one on Broadway....I counted 9 staff behind the counter and just disorganized ..wait time is absolutely hureundous.. customers just starting there waiting and walking out....delivery drivers just waiting...andthey have 8 to 9 staff that can't handle it.....management problems...don't waste your time gi to another starbucks...even theone in Farmingdale

Super unattentive staff. The employees don't even bother to look at you or ask you what you need when you've been waiting at the counter for several minutes. Good luck if you're an Uber or a DoorDash driver, they won't even acknowledge you. Funny thing is,there's usually 4-6 people working behind the counter and it's still an unusually long wait. Get it together guys!
I had an extremely long wait in the drive-thru just for a simple coffee. After I placed my order, they told me to park and wait, but they completely forgot about me. I eventually had to go inside, where they didn’t even remember my order, even though they served all the drive-thru customers who came after me. The service and overall experience were unacceptable.
REALLY Long Wait in the drive through for a simple coffee. Then they will ask you to park and wait, which they will then completely forget about you and you would have to go in. Then they don't even know what you ordered after having served all thedrive through customer that were on line after you. Appalling service and experience.

I had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks in Amityville. The location was quite chaotic, and I ended up waiting more than 25 minutes for my order. It seems there are some management problems that need to be resolved. They definitely need to consider hiring a new manager.
