Scarsdale Starbucks on Central Park Ave. The barista is extremely frugal as if she has to pay for the ingredients from her paycheck. She put one scoop, the bare minimum in drinks adding more than a 3rd of the cup with ice. Make sure you ask for no ice and later ask for a cup of ice once your drink is ready. This is so you can get a sufficient amount of flavor in your drink. For a $7.00 drink you should not have to resort to such trickery. I got a dragon fruit drink with a few pieces of dragon fruit and when I asked for more told me I had to pay for another drink.
Employee handed me the drink like this. I shared that this is not how a cold foam cold brew should be made the foam should not immediately mix in, it should sit on top). The employee stated that some people mix it in like this and refused to remake the drink. Starbucks ? I think it?s time you train your employees in how to make your drinks the right way :
Good starbucks, made a solid drink and customer service was top notch. Location is kept quite tidy, despite often being busy. Would recommend if your a fan of Starbucks.
It seems that Starbucks is continuing the practice of charging customers a premium for packaged coffee cake. And Misrepresenting it as a freshly baked item.
