I ordered a mocha cookie crumble with oat milk and no whipped cream because of my lactose intolerance. The first employee started making my drink with whole milk until another staff member corrected her. However, they still added whipped cream both at the bottom and the top of the cup. When I pointed out that I couldn’t have whipped cream, the employee just stared at the drink for a moment before disappearing to the back. Another staff member then came out to remake my drink. When I told her my order, she again used whole milk. After I corrected her, I finally got the right drink. I also asked about my warmed scone, only to learn it hadn’t been prepared yet, so I had to wait even longer. O...

This was definitely the worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks. There were five employees working, but only the person at the register seemed to be doing anything. The other four were just standing around chatting while customers waited, growing more frustrated by the minute. I had to ask for my drink to be remade, and the staff responded with terrible attitudes. One employee with dreadlocks was especially rude, telling a customer, "the milk says 2% literally right there." It seems he could really use some customer service training, as the customers are the ones who pay his salary. As a frequent Starbucks visitor worldwide, I have to say this location is the worst I’ve experienced. The staff were inattentive, slow, and showed little respect to customers. I realize it’s a highway store with many occasional visitors, but the customer service should still meet Starbucks’ standards. Despite having at least six employees working, the line was incredibly long—please see the attached photos. It took 18 minutes to make an iced Venti Americano, and almost every customer was visibly frustrated. When we gave feedback, they suggested we call the manager. As a Global Starbucks customer, I can clearly say this Starbucks is the worst The store staff is careless , slow and have zero respect to their customers I understand this is a highway store and most of the customers will not come daily but still,customer service should be at least in Starbucks standard Way to many staff , at least 6 of them , and please check the photosfor the long queue , it took them 18 minutes to make a Ice Venti Americano and nearly every customer did complain , and when wepassed the feedback they offered the call the manager , so here is the question if the manager is present how come he or she didnot see the long queus! By far the worse experience at a Starbucks. 5 people ?working? only the guy at the register was doing anything. The other 4 are standing around talking to each other while customers are all waiting upset. Had them remade by drink and they have terribleattitude about it. The kid with the dreads had a terrible attitude with all the customers, telling one customer ?the milk says2% literally right there?. I think he needs to be trained on on the fact customers that visit are the ones paying hissalary. The coffee is $7 a cup but the attitude and bad service is complementary. The manager is standing right next to themwhile this is all happening and completely ignoring everything going on.

This is the worst Starbucks I've ever visited! The girl at the counter appeared hungover, resting her head on her hand with her elbow on the counter. She mumbled to everyone and didn't make eye contact with any of the customers. There was no greeting or thank you; her demeanor was quite unpleasant. No one could understand her, and both of my drink orders were incorrect—even though they were simple, non-specialty drinks, which should have been easy to get right. The wait time was also quite long. The management really needs to reevaluate the staff at this location!

The worst Starbucks ever! Girl at the counter must?ve been hungover this morning. She had her head in her hand, elbow on the counter and was mumbling to everyone. Didn?t look at any of the customers. No greeting or thank you. Really a wretched younglady. No one could understand her. Both my drink orders were incorrect. These were basic, non specialty drinks, not hard to messup. Wait took forever too Management needs to evaluate the staff at this location!!!

The service was very disappointing. I waited 20 minutes for a coffee, despite there only being two people ahead of me, both of whom were ordering just one drink. I can't recommend this place. The corporate team should really look into making some staffing changes here. Book a table now

I visited this Starbucks to scan my rewards points in the app, as I've done at all the other locations. However, I was told that this store doesn't allow that. It's quite ironic since there’s a sign next to the register encouraging customers to scan for rewards.
