I wanted to bring to your attention a recent experience I had at your location. When I requested to have a cup rinsed out for a drink I was purchasing, the cashier declined to assist me. I have had positive experiences at other locations in the past, where staff have been more accommodating. Unfortunately, I felt that the cashier was not willing to help, and she seemed to avoid my request for her name. I believe this may be a misunderstanding, and I plan to send a letter to your district manager with my concerns.

The drive-thru staff were extremely friendly, and I received my order quickly. My drink was made perfectly. However, I'm really disappointed about the removal of raspberry syrup; I believe that was a poor decision. As for parking, this Starbucks shares its lot with another building, and with the addition of more buildings nearby, it has become even more congested. Overall, I ordered takeout for lunch.
