The food and drinks were satisfactory, but the packaging was inadequate and not tamper-proof. The bag should have been securely closed or stapled shut, and the drink should have at least had a stopper or a seal.

Every time I place an order at this location, they inevitably get one of the drinks wrong. Today, I ordered an Iced Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai, but they sent me a hot Gingerbread Oatmilk Chai instead.
