I visited the restaurant on October 12, 2023, and there was a blonde lady working alone. When I tried to place my order while she was ringing up four items, she repeatedly interrupted me and rudely told me to wait. It seemed she couldn't handle both tasks at once and used the excuse that she was by herself. Additionally, she didn't acknowledge me when I approached, and she only prepared two drinks for the couple ahead of me. Having previously worked at Starbucks, I know it’s not difficult to let the next customer know they’ll be helped soon or to take a simple order when asked. Absolutely horrendous customer service. I was the only person in line and the girl came out from the back, saw me waiting, and just went back to what she was doing. She eventually came back out, finally acknowledged my existence, and then proceeded to be extremely impatient, annoyed of my presence, continually interrupted me, and then didn't say a word when my drink was ready. I will never go back to there.
I haven't met a Starbucks I didn't love! This store was inside Target. They were a little backed up so we had to wait a bit but like I said I have never been disappointed. Target has cup holders in the carts so it was perfect to carry your beverage around while shopping. It certainly caused us to take our time walking around. Read the sign that I posted. A chuckle for sure.
Product and service is great but using the drive up is dangerous. There are 2 big pot holes there (have been for a couple months) that makes it very hard to pull up without damaging your car. I have brought it up to their attention but so far nothing. I am hoping it will be fixed soon as I know others have noticed and complained too.

I ordered a venti size but received a grande instead. The label clearly indicated venti, and I paid for that size. All she did was transfer it into a larger cup, add a shot, and some extra milk—there was no additional flavoring. I'm really disappointed!
This Starbucks is great; very well run and the drinks are always accurate. I get iced coffee with light cream and you can't believe how many stores cannot get this simple drink correct; normally it's white as a sheet! This place it's always good.
We ordered two iced macchiatos first we were given someone else's drinks then they came back with hot drinks then we got ice drinks that was not me to ask specifications and the person at the window had the audacity to have an
Don’t like Starbucks coffee much to strong for me but it’s still a nice place and friendly customer service there. Price is high
