I never really enjoyed Dieucks before, and now I understand why. I never doubted their instincts. When I went there to get a drink, they completely messed it up, but then offered me a free one. When I returned the next day to redeem it, they seemed to have forgotten about it as I had to ask twice. Not cool. The servers need to listen and give customers what they want. We pay good money for these drinks.
Terrible customer service experience. An employee with pink hair (I do not know her name) gave me an attitude and starred at me as if I were not welcome while I was deciding what drink to buy. Go to another Starbucks location, they wont look at you as if you are stupid.
They’re not good at serving customers. The girl was rudely doing my drinks and she just throw the straw!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!! Do not buy here, they’ll look at you different.
They give me the wrong order sometimes but I just get a free drink lol. Would be five stars but the breakfast sandwiches taste a bit freezerburny sometimes. Book a table now
