I also ordered a cold brew, and it's hard to believe how poorly they managed that. It was mostly foam, with barely any coffee—just a tiny amount at the bottom. I ended up tossing the whole drink in the trash, where I think this Starbucks deserves to be!
When I ordered online, they made me wait and treated me with a really unpleasant attitude when I inquired about my order. It felt like they were ignoring me. I’d normally suggest going to another Starbucks, but unfortunately, it seems like they've all gone downhill. At this point, you’re probably better off making your own coffee at home, where you’ll actually get coffee, or finding a café you can trust that isn’t just after your money.

The drinks are usually good however their drive thru line is always a mess. People make multiple lines one through Garvey and the other on Cogswell. The Garvey line always blocks traffic, especially those that are coming out of the drive thru or coming out of the parking structure. It would be better if they blocked the Garvey entrance off because it creates havoc.
I would just like to start off with I was helped by Johnathan and Noah and I would just like to say out of all the Starbucks I've been to they have been the best in customer service. They had amazing energy and were so kind, I had an issue with the mobile order but they were able to situate that and help me through the whole process. Thank you Johnathan and Noah
The staff is very friendly, but I find that I have to wait an extended period each time I visit. Even after I pay, I find myself sitting by the window for at least 5 minutes just for a regular black coffee—no specialty drink, just the basics.

The hours listed on Google are incorrect; they actually close at 11 PM. When we arrived, the staff member was quite rude and told us they were closed.
The truth is that I wanted to study like I did before but now it's not possible anymore, and the tables were dirty.
