I come to this Starbucks once in a while, whenever my husband and I go to the casino. There's an older lady that works at this location and she is typically unpleasant but during my encounter yesterday, I witnessed her behavior being beyond unacceptable. Firstly, while I was waiting in the lobby, I overheard a conversation with a customer where this older lady was being very confrontational towards the customer because he commented on her bad attitude. She then blatantly disregarding his feelings in the matter and then refused to serve him, she walked away from the situation entirely and left the two other young ladies to handle the entire lobby which was full. I ordered a blended coffee, but what I received was mostly liquid with hardly any ice. I watched the barista pour the drink and didn’t realize it was mine until after, but all the ice was still in the blender. When I asked if it was actually blended because it was so thin, the girl was rude and insisted that it was blended. I left feeling very disappointed with the entire experience. I know Starbucks can be pricey, but I occasionally like to treat myself. Unfortunately, this was extremely poor service, and I didn’t get the drink I ordered. I won't be returning to the Starbucks at Foxwoods Casino!
Just horrible service. After ordering I asked for my receipt for work. I got told that I'd have to wait a while for receipt, since the cashier started taking another customers order. Long story short, I asked the manager for a refund and next thing you know per the staff working I find myself in an altercation getting spit on, sworn at pushed,shoved and threatened with still no refund. Horrible customer service!Very Respectfully not the way I expected to start my day at 7:45a.m.

This is seriously one of the best starbucks around. They're always so quick and efficient, and the place is always so clean! Not to mention, Brooke (yes I asked for her name) made my coffee one of the best I've ever had from any Starbucks. It's a little out of the way for my daily run, but I will 100% be back every time I visit Foxwoods.
Pre ordered coffee still waited over 10 min. There was no big crowd. 1 other person who was also standing around waiting, and 2 service people behind counter. This was at Foxwoods Casino. Dunkin's was much better.
Sheri was one of the best employees, she always had a smile and made my drink amazingly, I truly miss her and don’t want to come back if she’s not there ?

I've never had any issues with this Starbucks; the drinks are fantastic and the food is great too!
