I was in line behind two customers, and one of them ordered two drinks, which took about 10 minutes to prepare. I understood the wait since there was only one employee working. However, when it was my turn to order, the first drink I selected wasn’t available, despite it being advertised on a sign. The employee said she could make my second choice, a shaken oat milk espresso, and then hurried off to get assistance, even though I was the only one waiting.
I tried to use my rewards points for a free bakery item, but I was informed that this location doesn’t allow that. I later learned from other reviews that I could have used my advantage card to earn fuel perks points, but I wasn’t informed...
Starbucks inside of Giant Eagle. Not the typical experience, but you can still get your fix if you need to. For some reason, the coffee here just never tasted as fresh as some of the other locations. Considering there is one, not 3 minutes from here, might pay to wait it
I waited over 40 minutes for a coffee order that was incorrect, while watching other customers who arrived after me receive their orders first. When I inquired about the missing coffee, I was met with an unfriendly attitude.
Don't like how this isn't considered a real Starbucks. Couldn't use my coupon or points. My drink was not good. It wasn't made the same as when I get it at the other Starbucks.

The coffee at Starbucks is standard; it's decent, but definitely not exceptional.
The line was atrocious other than that
