I often visit this location and typically enjoy excellent customer service. However, my sister and I had a recent experience that was quite uncomfortable. The barista behind the counter seemed to be eavesdropping on our private conversation. While I understand that we were in a public space, it still felt intrusive to have him standing right there, watching us as we spoke. Working in the area I visit this location daily, sometimes up to 3 times a day. I usually get a venti ice coffee with no classic sweetener and 2 packs spenda along with a cheese danish. I like that they expect me and notice when Im not able to make it. Everyone I know knows that I cant function without my starbucks fix. So starbucks giftcards are always a win for me. Thanks for helping me survive my day.
Worst Starbucks I’ve been to as far as customer service. Tall man with gray ponytail sprayed a VERY strong disinfectant on the table right next to me (mumbling under his breath) and never said anything to us or apologize. He was very rude when we said something and dismissive. You could hear him talk to his fellow employees about it right after it happened. Very rude, unprofessional, and uncalled for
I had a bit of a mishap and accidentally placed my mobile order at the wrong Starbucks, but I didn't realize it until I got to the window and they didn't have my order. The employee at the window was incredibly kind and generously gave me my drink for free. I’ve decided that this will be my go-to Starbucks from now on, all thanks to their wonderful customer service!

Order 4 white chocolate mocha, drove 20 minutes to my house,surprise I got 4 regular hot chocolate drink, they went straight to the drain as we don't like dark chocolate, they did replaced them on my next visit but they did ruin our coffee night.
The service was incredibly friendly! I'm not a huge fan of their coffee, but they did offer a darker roast that wasn’t bitter at all. The egg bites and sausage egg muffin were just what I needed.
Chloe made a good recommendation on a certain frappachino and I would recommend her. She treated me fabulously and was really kind. She deserves a raise.
