Definitely do not recommend this Starbucks!!! especially if you're an early riser or want a drink before work! I ordered a Venti Strawberry Açaí and Breakfast sandwich like I do before work every morning at another Starbucks, this one is located super close to my new apartment though so I was excited to be able to not at time to my commute. The hours online, on the app, and in person all say open at 6:00am... I placed the order at about 6:25 which the app obviously let me and said it was open at 6. Literally the worst Starbucks I've been to. I was so excited for this Starbucks since it's right below my apartment but this place is a joke. At first this place was good but now it's like they pick random people off the street throw them behind the counter. No one ever knows how to actually make the coffees. Everyone's always on their phones if you order coffee it's like you're inconveniencing them. I dealt with the eye rolling attitudes for the convenience of this being in the Harris Teeter, but the last straw for me was when the girl gave me spoiled milk in my coffee... The milk was literally chunky. Please shut this store down or hire all new employees..
I assuming manager because he is speaking manager lingo. No customers at the counter but no courtesy to the customers sitting in the lobby working on their computers or socializing. Cussing a storm being very loud talking about personal issues and other employees and downgrading them. Very unprofessional won’t be coming back to the Starbucks to drink coffee and work on my laptop. To distracting and unprofessional.
This Starbucks by far has been the best one I have been too no ones frappes taste anything like this it is the love that is put into the drink that makes it perfect the customer service here is on a whole other level the greeted me before I even got to the register and remembered my drink and this is only my second time here I love this place !!

One of the worst Starbucks. Poor customer service. People are usually on their phone, and when they do make your drink, it 's usually watery. They also said they can 't scan my Starbucks card app because it 's not a Starbucks store, but I ' ve never heard that at any of the non-stores inside hotels, Target, or Safeway.
Atmosphere (Beta)The people who are serving are not friendly at all and they do what they want, not what the customer tells them. They should hire friendly people who want to work.
This location gives priority to phone in orders. If you drop in and give your order you will be forced to wait even if you're the only person there at the time. Lousy policy.
One of my favorite Starbucks. They make my drink how I request and make it well. My only complaint is they are often out of nitro coffees and some tea flavors.
