I'll be honest, this used to be my LEAST favorite Starbucks location out of the 3, a few years ago but now it's my favorite! Baristas here are super friendly, whereas at the other locations they come across more tired and cold. I really love the amount of space there is to catch up on studying or work. Wifi used to be incredibly spotty at this location but has gotten much more reliable as of late. They also have crayons and coloring pages for kids!
LEX! How did you folks process my order in 3 minutes during the busy morning rush? I walked in to do mobile pickup, there were people waiting, and there was a whole line of mobile orders on the counter- and there was mine, front and center, as if they stopped what they were doing and processed my order. Great job.
I visited the restaurant and ordered two medium hot drinks. To my surprise, they were only filled to about two-thirds with coffee. Where's the rest? This is quite odd. Is this a new practice at Starbucks? I don't plan on returning to this location.
Out of the all the Starbucks in Benicia, this location inside Safeway is the best. The employees are so kind and are amazing baristas. They are quick and consistent at making the drinks. Every drink I've had has tasted great, love this spot. Book a table now
As soon as I came in the staff at this Starbucks location greeted me with enthusiasm. Thank you Presh for making the perfect cappuccin, how it should be made. You get it girl! Southampton Starbucks should get a lesson from you.
I had a regular coffee along with a breakfast sandwich, and the staff were very friendly. I prefer my coffee with 2% milk, and they were more than happy to accommodate my request. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
This Starbucks isn't the cleanest location and is situated in a somewhat questionable area. However, the cashier was extremely friendly and helpful. There are other Starbucks in the town that are more pleasant.
