The staff is usually really nice but my orders as of late have been rather inconsistent. What's frustrating is that my order isn't complicated since it's just iced coffee. I just order a trenta iced coffee with heavy cream and sometimes extra since they either add barely anything, or if I make it extra heavy cream they'll add way too much. So it's usually a 50/50. Though this last time was kinda funny how much creamer they put in, because it was basically just creamer . When it's done right I like it but when it's done like this I can't tell what's going on.
The location is great. I usually get a Hot Americano or a Pike. The location has a drive-thru and is very easy to in and out of the parking lot with many options for entry or exit. Gets real busy during week in the morning but manageable.
Place was fairly big for Starbucks. Staff wasn't the best but not terrible either, took awhile to get my one drink made though. Also one bathroom didn't lock and only 2 single use restrooms available for customers and staff.
Placed a mobile order for a house brew coffee extra hot but after waiting 15 minutes received a cold coffee. No way to contact Starbucks.
