I tried to have a peaceful experience, but this Starbucks location consistently falls short. There always seems to be a lack of staff, with just two baristas and one cashier serving a long line of customers. This often leads to delays and confusion, as the staff struggles to keep up with the demand. Despite the option to order online to save time, the system doesn't always work smoothly. My recent experience involved ordering through the app, only to find that my order wasn't ready when I arrived at the store. After some back and forth, we were eventually able to receive our coffee. Overall, it was a frustrating and time-consuming process just to get a simple cup of coffee.
The staff is friendly, but it should not take more than 10 minutes to receive two drinks when ordering directly at the counter. I felt rushed, even though it wasn't busy. It appeared that the staff was more focused on fulfilling online orders than on assisting customers awaiting service. This same issue occurred on multiple occasions at various times, making the experience consistent. I will try visiting other cafes in the future.
I really love Starbucks.I love their green tea frappe alot.Me and that frappe got a thing going on.Shush don't tell my hubbyI have been trying to stay away as of recent because they can be a little pricey.They taste so good so it's kind of addictive. The staff at this Starbucks is consistently friendly, helpful, and clearly caring about the safety of the community. They’ve been troopers through the pandemic and I feel comfortable picking up from this store. They have a great outdoor patio. It can get a bit loud because they are right on the feeder next to I-10 (on the Eastbound side). Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quick coffee stop in the area.
I ordered an icy chai tea salad with two pumps brown sugar. I had him. they were not two pumps. I went back and the barista poured out the drink, used the same lid and the kelch and made the drink again. this time, I could only taste milk. I never knew why the parking space is always empty until today.
The staff was welcoming and provided quick service. The food was delicious. The restaurant was not very busy, but the staff were friendly and attentive. The place was very clean, and staff made sure to keep the counters tidy.
Fine stop. Just met up with a couple friends. Got a coffee with steamed milk. Staff was super friendly! Price was reasonable enough! Def worth a stop! Would recommend!
