After waiting for 15 minutes, I approached the counter and asked, "Are you guys really that far behind? I placed my order 15 minutes ago inside." The response was that they were quite behind and that they were currently working on mobile orders, with mine being next in line after those. Meanwhile, they were calling out names for mobile orders, and not a single person from those orders was in the store to pick up their drinks!
I have always been told that businesses should prioritize customers who take the time to come in over those who just place mobile orders. In total, I waited 20 minutes for my drink. The cashier should have been upfront when I placed my order that they were overwhelmed...
Every time I stop by this Starbucks while traveling to Evansville, it seems they're out of oat milk. While I could complain about not getting my preferred milk, it genuinely impacts the flavor of the shaken espressos. They do offer soy milk as an alternative, which is fine, but it doesn't have that delightful oatmeal cookie taste in the brown sugar drink. On the positive side, the store is clean and runs efficiently, so despite my small issue with the milk situation, it’s a decent location overall.
I'm a Northsider, but I visit this location occasionally since it's close to my workplace. It does get busy at times, but the only recent issue I had with my order was handled wonderfully by Jessica, one of the managers. She's blonde, wears glasses, and has piercings. She was incredibly kind and helpful in sorting out the problem, which has made this my preferred store now. I feel appreciated as a customer here.
The drive-thru consistently provides excellent drinks, but I'm not as confident about the inside pickup service, as many locations seem to have trouble with the classic options. My most recent drink was outstanding, made perfectly, and they even included extra ingredients as I requested. Thank you!

It was crowded. We used the app to make our order and got to the location on time but waited for a push notification that the drinks were ready before we attempted to get thru the crowd to pick up the drinks. 15 minutes later we went in anyway and the drinks were waiting on us watered down.
I had an incredible experience at Starbucks, unlike any I've had in the past, all thanks to their fantastic hospitality. I've been a loyal customer for years! Thank you, everyone!
this place is busy, but the fact is that they only drink for the journey thru and mobile orders. had to wait more than 20 minutes for a drink when you go in.
super slow. I'm 10:20 in the row. it is 10:35 and I have taken my order. lesbians. not even close to getting my order from the window.

Customer service sucks. Ordered thru the app and most times they don't get the order. Workers think I'm trying to steal their drinks.
upgrade the drive thru. but awesome product. strategically priced, this is an award food like for the daily spelling bee winner.
