As soon as I walked in, the woman at the register looked at my dog and immediately said, “This dog needs to be outside.” No greeting, no kindness—just pure attitude. “This dog needs to be outside.” This is how we were greeted by the lady at the register. She was so rude as if she hates her job. Once I informed her this is a service dog, she responded with a very strong and offensive tone, “okay”. When I asked her name, she said, “Ugh Uh.” Wow, this is the worst customer service I’d ever seen. Starbucks offers puppy cups everywhere and I had no issues with taking my dog to any of the locations but this one. I’m wondering if this specific location even complies with the Starbucks corporate standards. Once she’s done taking my order, she told her coworker that she needed a break and went outside to start smoking right in front of the shop. Very interesting....
I recently visited this Starbucks for the first time, and I truly hope it won't be my last. The cashier and the barista who prepared my drink provided exceptional customer service. They greeted me warmly as soon as I entered, which made a great impression. The tall gentleman at the register handled my order efficiently, while the barista, who seemed to be Caribbean or African, was incredibly patient in assisting me with my app and explaining how to add funds to my Starbucks account. I really value excellent service, and this experience was fantastic. Great job to the entire team—keep up the great work!
This is a Starbucks I can run into on my way to work, and I just have to compliment the team here after stopping by for over a year. They are so kind! Horrible experience! The barista who made my grande caramel macchiato was rather rude and appeared to be unsure about how to prepare it. I asked them to correct it, but nothing was done. Since Starbucks is relatively pricey, it's crucial for the staff to be well-trained to ensure good service and a positive experience for customers. I'm very disappointed!
The woman who took my order appeared a bit distracted, which led to a delay of around five minutes while I had to reorder one of my breakfast staples. On the positive side, I really appreciated the barista who prepared my coffee and latte; she was very professional and polite.
This restaurant is incredibly clean and offers quick service. However, seating is limited to couples only. They provide Google internet, and it's also an excellent spot for people-watching.
