This café is my favorite spot. The baristas know my order better than I do! They’re the quickest location I visit, and even if the line wraps around the building, they manage to get us in and out quickly. When I mentioned a bad experience I had at another location, the baristas were incredibly understanding. One of the girls said, “I know everyone has off days, but I'm so sorry that someone else's bad day impacted you. Please enjoy your drink on me today, and I'll make sure to inform management about your experience.” They truly made my day and gained a loyal customer in me!
I had an incredible experience at the restaurant yesterday. I waited in line for over 15 minutes because of a single car ahead of me, but the barista surprised me by covering the cost of my coffee due to the delay. I was completely taken aback and filled with joy. After working a double shift and finishing at 6 AM, I had to return to work at 2 PM, so that small gesture truly made my day and lifted my spirits like nothing else. This location is my favorite; the staff is incredibly warm and caring, and my drinks are always just right. I love stopping by here before my shifts!
I have placed a mobile order and wanted to go in and get it, but I saw that there is no line going through or parking. as soon as I told the girl in the drive through, she said, "because you just placed it, it takes 5 minutes to move you." I have been going to this Starbucks since it had initially opened about 20 years ago. It is part of my 'coffee family. ' They treat their customers with respect and are so attentive to their needs. A few of them still work there and it gives me comfort to know they still do, a fact which reflects well on the Starbucks establishment. To all the workers and management: Bravissimo!
The staff here are incredibly friendly, and the drinks are well-prepared. The drive-thru line moves quickly and efficiently every time I've visited. I've been coming here a few times a week for at least six months, and I've consistently been pleased with the service!
The people working are always very nice, but the drink are always wrong. I used to work at starbucks so i know how they should taste and every time i order from this starbucks at least one drink is made incorrectly. sometimes so bad i cannot drink it.
It 's not worth the amount of money they charge for a small refreshing drink and they fill the cup entirely with ice. Remind them to put little ice or no ice at all, or just ask for the ice on the side.
