My drink was diluted and lacked essential ingredients; there was neither a triple shot nor coffee in my Caramel Macchiato. In the past, I ordered a dragonfruit drink, and to my surprise, it contained no dragonfruit whatsoever—how does that even happen? My cherished Friday morning coffee ritual was entirely ruined. When I went back to address the problem, there was no apology for swapping out the coffee and espresso shots for just milk. It felt like a complete waste of my time. Thank you!
I have a consistently smooth experience at Starbucks almost every time I order, though there can be a wait on weekends. The staff is incredibly friendly and even remember my name. On the rare occasion that I’ve needed something remade, they handle it with an apology and no complaints. Thank you, Starbucks team, for being so wonderful! This is definitely the best Starbucks in the area. Even though I work in a nearby town, I make a point to stop by this location because of the welcoming and skilled team. They are extremely efficient and always make my drink just the way I like it. Every employee here seems genuinely happy to be at work, which really shows in their excellent customer service. I recently visited this restaurant with a friend. She had ordered her drink iced through the mobile app, but after waiting for 15 minutes, they brought it to her hot instead. When she politely inquired with the barista about the mix-up, he responded rudely and displayed a poor attitude.

Before the renovation, the service was quick and orders were prepared without delay. However, since then, it takes significantly longer to receive your food. There are fewer staff members available, and it seems that more diners are being attracted to this location.
There is street parking available at both ends of the block, and there’s also a parking garage located at the back. Additionally, the restaurant is conveniently situated directly across from the train station.

This is the best Starbucks I've ever visited, and I'm puzzled about why it’s closed. I truly hope it reopens soon!
