I've never been inside this restaurant; I always use the drive-thru. However, during my recent visit where I spent a couple of hours on my laptop, I couldn't help but notice the wonderful atmosphere and customer service provided by the employees. They greeted everyone with friendly “good mornings” and even acknowledged guests who were waiting, asking for their names so they could keep them updated on wait times. Kudos to the staff and the excellent management! As a general manager myself, I couldn’t help but appreciate all the great things I observed and heard today.
I encountered rude employees during my visit. When I asked for a little steamed milk to balance out the sweetness of my drink, the cashier dismissively said she could only offer cold half and half and I would have to wait for the entire line of orders before I'd receive it. What has happened to the quality at Starbucks? I honestly don’t even want to finish my drink now! It feels like I’m sipping on their rude attitude instead! What a waste of $6.45!
I had a very disappointing experience during my visit to this Starbucks, which I used to frequent regularly. I ordered six drinks through the mobile app, but they got my order wrong and it took an entire hour to fix it. On top of that, the staff's attitude was quite poor. This incident happened on the afternoon of Wednesday, February 28th. I really hope this store works on improving their training to provide better service in the future.
how do you make a iced americano without the ice, i ask for iced americano with pumpkin foam forgets to put it so they removed the ice and put the pumpkin foam without ice . nice . you guys always mess up on my drinks just like last time .
