Starbucks - Table reservation

Made a mobile order this afternoon I arrived in the store no one greeted me no one asked me did I have a order I stood In the location to pick up my drink . I went near the register and asked for my order only my bakery Iteam was ready . I had to stand back in the same location wait for my hot chocolate which was still not ready . No one apologize for the delay nor communicated, they ask the new young man to make my drink which was fine but if I had stood there watch him make it he would have added the wrong ingredients. I had to correct him but I felt someone should assisted him . My drink was not hot . I?m very dissatisfied in the customer service from this location.

I come here every other morning and I can honestly say, that although this Starbucks location is very busy in the mornings, they are the fastest I?ve been to and they get my order correct; everytime! I?m glad this location is the closest to me, because if it weren?t, I?d be willing to drive the extra distance just to come here.

it?s always a wonderful experience at this starbucks!! everyone here is so kind and make the drinks very quickly. i always have a weird order, and if they ever mess it up (which happens! it?s a lot and baristas are human), they?re quick to fix it with no issues. i love this starbucks man

Store was out of multiple flavors to add to the coffee. They were out of the rings that go around the cup to shield your hand from the heat of a hot coffee. The coffee itself was decent, but not great.

My absolute favorite location to come to!! Usually busy but always worth the wait. Everyone is always so friendly, but Cherry, Anne, Draco, and Hudson are really the dream team. Love you guys ??
