I had difficulty getting the app to add a payment type and missed the cutoff for Happy Hour order. The Barista I spoke with in relation to my Predicament, Ellen, was extremely understanding and gave me a gift card to facilitate the loss of a great discount. The staff was polite, friendly and welcoming. The drinks we ordered were delicate and refreshing. It was a very positive experience and we will definitely visit this place again. Thank you.
I hear bad details of this place almost daily from co-workers, but I came in and leave me without complaint. When I was entered and another employee took my order with full kindness. Place was clean and in stock, my order was made right and at all due speed.
