I've always had a good experience at the Starbucks in Bryn Mawr, but my most recent visit was disappointing. The store was very dirty, with clutter scattered all over the floor. When the barista prepared my drink, she held it by the lid, which raised concerns for me. Her hands were all over the opening where I would be sipping, and I noticed she did the same with the previous customer's drink. This is quite unhygienic, especially considering the ongoing concerns regarding COVID and other infectious diseases. I won’t be coming back, and I believe this location needs to focus on public health and cleanliness, as well as ensure their employees receive proper training.

I was the only person standing in line at the register and waited for 10 minutes as 6 baristas continued running around. Nobody greeted me, told me they would be with me, not one hello, nothing! Everyone had there back turned to the customers. This is not the Starbucks brand I remember working for, this would've been unacceptable when I was working for Starbucks. The whole Friday morning shift all need better customer service training or just a brand new manager. Worse service ever.

Horrible service. I visited this location on 5/21/2022 at 10:30 AM after placing a mobile order and waited 15 minutes. They completely disregarded the mobile orders and then got an attitude when I inquired about my order. The Clerk then directedsomeone else to make it and it wasn?t even hot. I just trashed the coffee and left. Starting to get trashy coffee and poorservice at just about every location from Philly to North Carolina. Please tighten up Starbucks!
Yesterday morning, I ordered a cup of coffee and noticed that my barista had forgotten to add milk. Once she finished making my drink, I politely asked for some extra milk. To my surprise, she responded rather rudely, saying, "I have to charge you for that." In my experience, I've never had to pay extra for a splash of cream. I found the barista's unprofessional attitude and lack of customer service quite disappointing, and her demeanor felt disrespectful.
This Starbucks has significantly gone downhill. Some of the staff are rude and appear unconcerned about preparing drinks correctly. They also respond negatively if you make any extra requests. The service is incredibly slow. If you're unhappy with your job, maybe it's time to look for a new one. Because of this experience, I'll be heading to a different Starbucks that's further from my home. I recommend saving your time and avoiding this location.

This Starbucks is really falling off. I don?t know what changed. I had a very bad drinks. It happens but today I ordered oatmeal with a splash of heavy cream and I?m almost certain the oatmeal is not cooked at all. They literally just poured heavy creamover the oats. It was so cold smh. Update: Today was better. Things are looking up.
