I visit this Starbucks every day without fail. There are a few outstanding employees who know my name and are always friendly, which is why I keep coming back. However, the manager consistently fails to update their online hours, leading to frequent instances where they open late for no apparent reason. I called the store and said I picked up a mobile order and one of my items were missing. One of the baristas rudely said that it was because there was no more of what I ordered. Her tonality over the phone is unacceptable and she shouldn’t talk to customers like they’re dumb. I asked very nicely and got a very rude response. I will not be ordering from here ever again. Manager talked the exact same way. I wonder where they get it from…RIDICULOUS
A great place for coffee I've been there like 3 times and every time I have went here I've always got fast and successful orders and the employees were very kind and respectful. There are tables and chairs outside for sitting and just to either drink or eatoutside. I always had a great time here.
This is a wonderful spot for coffee that I have visited three times. Each visit has been smooth and efficient, with friendly and respectful staff. The outdoor seating area is perfect for enjoying drinks or food outside. I always have a fantastic experience here.
