We were on our way back home, after an extended vacation, and I was feeling a need to have my Starbucks fix. Low and behold, and to my surprise, we found one inside this Ingles. I was skeptical to order from here because I've never actually seen a Starbucks inside an Ingles before--Kroger, yes--but I was not disappointed. The frappucino I ordered was as delicious as I've come to expect. If you're on the road and in need of a jolt, this location will definitely do you good. And, as a bonus, you can even pick up some snacks to-go, as well!
I paid for my caramel ribbon crunch today at the Kroger location in Jasper at 1:10 pm. The girl took my Oder and money and didn’t not tell me you don’t have the main ingredient for the drink. At all. So I get my frappe with no caramel crunch pieces and have to ask her why. After I paid. After she made it. She never was planning on telling me at all. How can y’all charge so much for a drink and screw up that bad? Try communicating with the customer that you are out of something before you charge them for it.
I’ve never had a bad experience here and not sure why people who don’t even like coffee or didn’t even bother to buy one are writing bad reviews…makes zero sense. They always make my caramel macchiato perfect
The fact that Starbucks allows this location to exist is laughable. Service is bad to the point where it’s a running joke among the locals. Fix it or close it. Stop embarrassing yourselves.

The coffee was always amazing but here lately the coffee is getting weaker and weaker every day
