This place is great for socializing, but it’s not ideal for studying. It’s located near a high school, which means it tends to get quite loud with students coming in during lunch and after school. Even with headphones on, it can be hard to concentrate. As for the staff, they’re just okay—some are not very friendly. I’ve visited this location numerous times, and the service has consistently been disappointing. For instance, once I let a staff member know that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and he just told me he was busy. All he needed to do was acknowledge my request and say he’d be with me in a moment. After experiences like that, I've decided to stop going there.
Worst Starbucks I've ever been to. They claimed the customer restroom was out of order and wouldn’t let customers use the employee restroom next door. I get that the employee restroom is usually off-limits when the customer restroom is available, but having no restroom access at all? I’ve never seen that at any other Starbucks worldwide. The drink was disappointing too. I ordered a strawberry acai with four scoops of strawberries, but the amount they gave me labeled as "four scoops" was barely equal to what other stores serve as one scoop. Really disappointing.
Worst Starbucks ever. They said the customer restroom is out of order, and they DON 'T ALLOW customer to use employee restroom which is next to customer restroom. I understand they keep employee restroom for their own use while the other restroom is open,but NO RESTROOM AT ALL?! Never seen this in any other Starbucks in the world. Their drink is bad too. I ordered strawberry acaiwith 4 scoop of strawberries, but the amount they put as '4 scoop ' is just like other store 's 1 scoop. Shame on them.
When I needed to use the restroom ???? the customer restaurant was Out of Order. My Mom tried to ask for the code but the restroom was Out of Order . My Mother asked if we could use the Employee restroom ???? but the guy said No . I couldn?t holdthat long . So mean ????. Shame. Such a unfriendly place. I never saw a Unfriendly place . Most of the Starbucks should letpeople use Employee restroom when the customer one is out of order .????????????

The location is awful. I've been here several times, but my last two visits were pretty uncomfortable due to some questionable individuals, including those who appeared to be under the influence. The Starbucks on Rustic Drive in Castro Valley is much better, and I strongly suggest going there instead. I won’t be coming back to this one.
Although they have the most out of the stock holiday coffee menu, I still got a good coffee latte but a guilt-sugar free vanilla. Another free thing is that my brother I got free strawberry acai refresher drinks. I felt that it was my lucky day today! ??????

The service here is excellent, just as you would expect from a Starbucks. However, the interior is quite small, which limits space for hanging out with friends. Additionally, the parking lot is also small and can be challenging to navigate.
